Technical for a standard clean room facility
1.The air supply should be at least 3 different filters: primary, medium, and HEPA. And the HEPA should be set at the end of the system.
2.The clean room shall have sufficient purification and air conditioning capacity.
3.Clean room shall maintain the necessary pressure gradient (positive or negative pressure gradient).
4.The clean room shall have a reasonable airflow organization.
System composition of clean room: windy circulating air (considering local exhaust) and high-performance filter; air conditioning equipment to control temperature and humidity (considering internal heating); control the indoor air shower and transfer window. Not easy to stick around the dust, smooth surface, clean room.
