· The supplier who contract out work for a clean room projects should have corresponding construction qualification and grade, and should have perfect quality management system.
· Clean room project shall be carried out according to the contents of design documents and contracts.
·Before the construction of clean room projects, the construction plan and procedure should be worked out according to the characteristics of the specific project, so that all kinds of work should coordinate the construction, the stage is clear, the handover is clear, and the overall construction quality and safe operation should be ensured.
· The supplier who undertakes to deepen the construction detail drawing design of each professional design drawing in the clean room project, it shall carry out the relevant provisions GB50073 the current national standard “clean workshop design code “, and shall strengthen the design quality management with a quality management system. The construction detail drawing shall be approved or confirmed in writing by the original design unit and approved by the construction unit before the construction can be carried out.
· Concealment works of all specialties in clean room project must be accepted and approved by the construction unit or supervisor before concealment.
· System commissioning for the completion and acceptance of a clean room project shall be carried out with the joint participation of the construction party and the supervision party, and the construction enterprise shall be responsible for the system commissioning and testing, and the unit undertaking the commissioning shall have full-time technical personnel for commissioning and testing and test instruments in accordance with the provisions of this specification.
